Celebrating Life

Its become incredibly clear in my that what we're up to here is living. Eliot is living. I'm living. Naomi is living. Aron is living. This is our life. All of this is our life. Every hard, sad, puffy, weird looking, stressful, hilarious, glorious, silent bit of this is our life. Massive quantities of our time together especially since Wednesday are spent doing life stuff. We're changing diapers and they're the diapers of a two year old who doesn't want his diaper changed. We're feeding Eliot. We're feeding Naomi. We're putting them to bed. We're trying for naps. We're reading books. We're finding fun things to do. We're laughing. Tonight Eliot and I played in water for a while. Eliot picked up the cup and blew bubbles. He is 2 and a half. He is a two and half year old kid.
