Eliot's Doctor Burke: So is someone from the North Pole coming to visit you at your house soon Eliot?

Eliot: makes confused facial expression and continues playing with his favorite train at the sedation center

Sara: Oh we're lazy parents, we haven't really taught him about Santa yet.

Eliot's Doctor Lund: (whispering) Have you taught him about Christmas?

Sara: Oh yeah, he knows about Christmas, we've just been lazy on the whole Santa Clause, where Santa Clause is from, presents part.

Eliot: Is Christmas the Jesus time Mama?

Sara: (in her head) Oh shit, is it a good sign or a bad sign that all he knows about Christmas is that it has something to do with Jesus?

Sara: Someone came to visit our house last night Eliot. Do you know who it was?

Eliot: Was it Santa?
